If you are unsatisfied with an item in your order, please notify us within 15 days after receiving it to qualify for our worry-free returns.

At that point, you will receive your choice of refund or store credit for the full cost of the product(s).

Please note that upon approval, all returns must be shipped at the sender’s cost and must arrive in their original condition.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

We will accept a request for cancellation for items not yet shipped, only.

Upon shipping (2 to 4 business days), you will be sent a tracking number for your package.
